Strombeschaffung für die Grundversorgung im Bereich der Kurzfristbewirtschaftung (inkl. Fahrplanmanagement und Beschaffung von Spot- und Ausgleichsenergie; Los 2). Für Los 2 kann zusätzlich zum Grundangebot ein Angebot für eine «AE-Fixierung» gemacht werden, welches die Abgeltung aller Dienstleistungen des erfolgreichen Anbieters in Los 2 sowie aller Kosten und Erlöse der (vom erfolgreichen Anbieter gekauften bzw. verkauften) Ausgleichsenergie durch einen mengenabhängigen Festpreis («AE-Zuschlag») vorsieht.
