Pour accomplir leurs tâches légales, les offices du DETEC exploitent un environnement complexe d’applications métier qui fonctionnent sur des plateformes de systèmes d’exploitation, de serveurs web et de bases de données. Afin d’accroître l’efficacité et de limiter le nombre de fournisseurs, le projet « RedPro » (= « Reduktion Provider ») a été lancé en 2016. La fourniture des prestations correspondantes a fait l’objet d’un appel d’offres (projet simap ID 143961). Le projet RedPro2.0 fait l’objet du présent appel d’offres, qui vise l’acquisition d’une solution de remplacement pour l’exploitation et la mise à disposition de services informatiques. L'objectif est de recourir aux services d’un partenaire compétent qui, en complément des prestataires internes, mettra à disposition une infrastructure standardisée et sécurisée pendant 15 ans.
