Gegenstand dieser funktionalen Ausschreibung ist die Schaffung der Energieversorgung des Elektrodenkessels als auch die Stromversorgung des Eigenbedarfes des Elektrodenkessels sowie der Elektrotechnischen Anlagen selbst. Weitere verfahrenstechnische Einheiten, die den Gesamtbetrieb ermöglichen sind ebenfalls mit Energie zu versorgen. Der AG ist der kritischen Infrastruktur zugeordnet, weshalb diesem Punkt Rechnung zu tragen ist. Die Arbeiten beinhalten auch alle Anpassungen im Bestand.
