Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere: -Ausräumen, Verpacken, Transport, Zwischenlagerung und Rücktransport von ausgewählten Beständen, -fachgerechte Vorbereitung und Digitalisierung der Unterlagen, -Indexierung und Metadatenerfassung, -Bereitstellung der Digitalisate in standardisierten, systemneutralen Formaten, -qualitätsgesicherte Durchführung des Gesamtprozesses einschließlich Pilotphase, -datenschutzkonforme Vernichtung der hierfür vorgesehenen Unterlagen. Ziel des Projekts ist die vollständige Digitalisierung der Bestände, um diese strukturiert, dauerhaft nutzbar und anhand definierter Indexwerte recherchierbar bereitzustellen. Die Ergebnisse müssen: -fachlich vollständig und korrekt sein, -in durchsuchbaren (OCR), standardkonformen Formaten (PDF/A 2b, optional TIFF) vorliegen, -mit definierten Metadaten und Indexwerten angereichert sein, -systemneutral und medienbruchfrei in nachgelagerte Systeme (z. B. SAP, Office Anwendungen) überführbar sein, -nachvollziehbar, prüfbar und qualitätsgesichert erzeugt werden.
