Le présent marché de Conception Réalisation (VAE1 – Macro-lot 2 de la zone d'aménagement du Val d'Arquet Est à DIEPPE - 76370), a pour objet la construction d’environ 70 logements de type logements locatifs sociaux : - 61 logements collectifs en limite Nord de la parcelle, le long du Parc des Lisières. - 5 logements individuels superposés (intermédiaires) et 4 logements individuels au sud de la parcelle, le long de la voie verte. Les logements collectifs seront certifiés NF Habitat HQE niveau très performant ou équivalent BEE+ et respecteront la RE2020 seuil 2028. Le marché est décomposé comme suit : • Tranche Ferme : Conception architecturale et technique y compris études de diagnostic, et dépôt et obtention des autorisations d’urbanisme; • Tranche optionnelle 1 : Réalisation des travaux.
