AZ Turnhout informeert hierbij de markt over de intentie om in het derde kwartaal van 2026 een offertevraag te lanceren voor de aankoop van isolatoren voor de cleanroom van de dienst apotheek op site A-kwadraat voor toekomstig fusieziekenhuis AZ Kempen. De opdracht zal worden georganiseerd als een raamovereenkomst en omvat: • De aankoop, levering, installatie en in dienst stelling (inclusief validatie) van twee nieuwe isolatoren • De mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding met een derde isolator • Indien nodig vervangen van drie bestaande isolatoren gedurende de looptijd van de RO • Het onderhoud gedurende een periode van 10 jaar (waarvan de eerste 2 jaar in garantie) De isolatoren zullen worden ingezet als afgesloten en gecontroleerde omgeving voor de productie, verwerking en verpakking van steriele geneesmiddelen, waaronder potentieel gevaarlijke stoffen zoals cytotoxische geneesmiddelen en monoklonale antilichamen. Concreet worden: • Eén isolator operationeel naast de twee bestaande isolatoren in een cleanroom grade D, specifiek voor de bereiding van potentieel gevaarlijke stoffen; • Eén isolator operationeel naast de reeds aanwezige isolator in een cleanroom grade D, voor de bereiding van niet potentieel toxische stoffen; • Eén extra isolator opgenomen als optie in functie van toekomstige uitbreiding.
