Deze opdracht voorziet in de schoonmaak en ramenwas van gemeenschappelijke delen van appartementsgebouwen en het kantoorgebouw van woonmaatschappij Providentia bv. De gemeenschappelijke delen en het kantoorgebouw dienen periodiek schoongemaakt te worden volgens de voorwaarden opgenomen in dit bestek. De volgende gemeenten behoren tot het werkingsgebied van Providentia: - Affligem - Asse - Bever - Dilbeek - Lennik - Liedekerke - Merchtem - Opwijk - Pajottegem - Roosdaal - Ternat - Wemmel Plaats kantoorgebouw Providentia: Brusselsesteenweg 191 te 1730 Asse. Gedurende het contract kunnen extra gebouwen aan het contract toegevoegd worden of uit het contract gehaald worden (in voorkomend geval zonder enig recht op schadevergoeding in hoofde van de opdrachtnemer).
