La charge de lʼentretien du tronçon N18 « Delémont-Soyhières » (TE 61) a été récupérée par lʼOFROU le 1er janvier 2020 (tronçon NEB). Le tronçon Delémont-Soyhières totalisant environ 7.3 km peut être divisé en trois secteurs : le secteur hors localité entre km 0.00 et 0.86, le secteur en localité entre km 0.86 et 2.43 et le secteur hors localité entre km 2.43 et 7.29. Il sʼagit dʼune route nationale de 3ème classe pour laquelle un projet dʼentretien de type UPlaNS comprenant des aménagements ponctuels est envisagé. Tous les domaines (K, T/G, T/U et BSA ainsi que l’assainissement du bruit routier) sont concernés par le projet. Le présent mandat concerne les prestations d’auteur de projet « environnement » et de Suivi Environnemental de la Réalisation (SER) sur l’ensemble du projet UPlaNS N18 Delémont-Soyhières (tous secteurs confondus) et pour toutes les phases. Les missions « Bruit » (modélisation de la protection contre le bruit routier) ne font pas partie des prestations.
