1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu i wyposażenia ambulatoryjnej opieki specjalistycznej w tym: dostawa mebli medycznych dla poradni. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku do SWZ tj. w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, zwanym dalej Opisem wymaganych parametrów technicznych lub „OWPT”, który stanowi jej integralną część 3. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych, oferta musi obejmować wszystkie pozycje wskazane w przedmiocie zamówienia. 4. Przedmiot zamówienia dostarczony będzie na koszt, ryzyko i transportem Wykonawcy.
