Objet des services : Mise à disposition d'un consultant coordinateur pour un projet de migration IT dans le domaine des soins de santé et assurabilité. Le consultant agit comme coordinateur de projet, intermédiaire entre les partenaires et le ‘trusted advisor’ pour le management, les experts métier et les chefs de projet IT de la CSS. La mission comprend : • L’alignement des priorités avec la direction du projet et les sponsors ; • Le reporting au management ; • Le conseil sur les risques et les possibilités offertes ; • La coordination du projet, sans autorité hiérarchique formelle ; • La mise en place d’un PMO (project management) général. Les services doivent être prestés 5 jours par semaine. Nous prévoyons que la mission s'étendra d'octobre 2026 à décembre 2028 inclus.
