Die Marktgemeinde Grödig beabsichtigt, eine Liegenschaft durch Veräußerung an einen Bauträger zu vergeben. Auf der Liegenschaft soll dabei nach den Vorgaben der Marktgemeinde ein Wohnbauprojekt entstehen, das leistbares Wohnen mit rund 40-50 Wohnungen im leistbaren/geförderten Mietkauf vorsieht .Das Grundstück steht im Eigentum der Land-Invest Salzburger Baulandsicherungsgesellschaft mbH, die dieses als Treuhänderin veräußert. Das Grundstück umfasst rund 4.000 Quadratmeter. Der Bestbieter übernimmt die Verpflichtung, innerhalb des vereinbarten Zeitrahmens die (Organisation der) Errichtung 40-50 geförderten Mietkaufwohnungen mit einer Mischung aus unterschiedlichen Wohnungsgrößen (ca. 50% Drei-Zimmerwohnungen und 50% Vier-Zimmerwohnungen) umzusetzen (Bauträgermodell).
