Autoritatea contractantă achiziționează o navă maritimă de patrulare costieră conform prevederilor caietului de sarcini şi specificațiilor tehnice anexate iar valoarea estimată a achiziției include toate activităţile prevăzute în cadrul caietului de sarcini. Autoritatea contractantă va încheia un contract de achiziție publică de produse cu o durată de 24 de luni de la data semnării acestuia de către ultima parte. Termenul de livrare: 22 luni.
