Stichting Yulius Onderwijs en de gemeente Rotterdam hebben besloten vervangende nieuwbouw te realiseren voor het Heer Bokel College (Heer Bokelweg 260) en het Reijerwaard College (De Quackstraat 77). De nieuwbouw zal worden gerealiseerd aan de Prins Alexanderlaan 151 en de Tattistraat 13/15 in Rotterdam. De aanbestedende dienst heeft in het kader van bovengenoemd project gekozen voor een Europese niet-openbare procedure. De aanbesteding betreft de adviesdienst Architectuur & Bouwkunde t.b.v. de totstandkoming (ontwerpen, verkrijgen omgevingsvergunning en ondersteunen directievoering) van het Project "Nieuwbouw Heer Bokel College Rotterdam". De projectopdracht omvat: Het realiseren van 2.810 m2 BVO onderwijshuisvesting t.b.v. nieuwbouw Heer Bokel College Het realiseren van 1.200 m2 BVO huisvesting t.b.v. 2 gymlokalen
