Entleerung sämtlicher Kleinkläranlagen und abflusslosen Gruben im Stadtgebiet Hamm sowie den Transport und die Anlieferung des anfallenden Fäkalschlamm-/Abwassergemisches zur Kläranlage Hamm-West. Der Inhalt der Grundstücksentwässerungsanlagen ist mittels Saugwagen abzufahren. Die Saugfahrzeuge müssen mit einem Schlauch von mindestens 60 m Länge ausgestattet sein. Zusätzlich muss der Bieter über mindestens ein Fahrzeug zur Befahrung von engen Zufahrten, Wegen und Straßen verfügen, welches über ein Behältervolumen bis maximal 5 m3 verfügt.
