El objeto del presente contrato consiste, por un lado, en la prestación de un servicio de asistencia y soporte técnico a los usuarios finales en los puestos de trabajo y en los sistemas que dan servicio a los usuarios y al conjunto de infraestructuras TIC de MWCapital y, por otro lado, en la prestación de un servicio de gestión TI, soporte funcional y ciberseguridad, garantizando así la disponibilidad de los recursos técnicos y humanos necesarios y el nivel de servicio.
