Het doel van de aanbesteding is het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één (1) opdrachtnemer voor het uitvoeren van planmatig, preventief, correctief en calamiteitenonderhoud aan het niet-monumentale vastgoed van de gemeente Bergen op Zoom. De werkzaamheden omvatten bouwkundige werkzaamheden, schilderwerk, dakwerkzaamheden en stofferingswerkzaamheden. Daarnaast kunnen ook kleinschalige projecten en verbouwingen onderdeel uitmaken van de opdracht. De gemeente heeft circa 66 objecten in eigendom en/of beheer.
