Dit is een C-ITS-applicatie op basis van CCOL die lokaal wordt gehost waarin de beleidsdoelen middels het instellen van parameters, schakelaars en (tijd)instellingen worden vertaald naar de regeling. De C-ITS-applicatie uit dit perceel is Ivera-georiënteerd. Parameters kan Rijkswaterstaat via de VRI-beheercentrale (momenteel MobiMaestro) zelf grotendeels beheren. Hierdoor worden voor dit type applicatie minder verkeerskundige diensten uitgevraagd. Deze C-ITS-applicatie lijkt het meest op de in conventionele VRI’s toegepaste applicaties aangevuld met de use cases voor de iVRI. Voor dit perceel wordt maximaal één leverancier geselecteerd. Dit is een C-ITS-applicatie die lokaal of in de cloud wordt gehost waarin de beleidsdoelen op kruispunt- of netwerkniveau in de C-ITS-applicatie kunnen worden geconfigureerd. Op basis van de geconfigureerde beleidsdoelen optimaliseert de C-ITS-applicatie. Voor de werking worden in deze uitvraag (verkeerskundige) diensten uitgevraagd. Op welke wijze de configuratie en optimalisatie wordt uitgevoerd is de verantwoordelijkheid van de Opdrachtnemer.
