Předmětem zakázky jsou dodávky vaků na krev k automatickému zpracování dle následující položkové specifikace a zápůjčka souvisejícího přístrojového vybavení na 8 let. Vaky na krev k automatickému zpracování Předpokládaný roční počet kusů Odběrové čtyřvaky na krev s deleukot. filtrem pro ERD a P 24 000 ks Odběrové čtyřvaky na krev s deleukot. filtrem pro deleuk. PK – ERD, P deleuk. 700 ks Poolovací sety s PLT deleukotizačním filtrem pro přípravu TBSDR 1 000 ks Jako součást dodávek vaků na krev k automatickému zpracování požaduje zadavatel bezplatné poskytnutí nového a nerepasovaného přístrojového vybavení minimálně v počtech a konfiguraci uvedené dále, včetně bezplatného servisu a zaškolení s příslušnými návody (v českém jazyce). Návrh smlouvy o zápůjčce techniky musí být součástí nabídky. Součástí výpůjčka je i závazek servisního zabezpečení, zajištění provozuschopnosti zařízení a prokazatelného provádění preventivních periodických bezpečnostně technických kontrol – PBTK včetně zajištění metrologických náležitostí na náklady uchazeče. Protokoly o provedení PBTK budou pravidelně předávány na OTZ. Podrobnější informace v ZD.
