Defensie conformeert zich aan het ARBO-besluit ten aanzien van de NEN 3140 en NEN 3840 bepalingen. Dit betekent dat de medewerkers van Defensie die in aanraking komen met elektrotechnische installaties opgeleid moeten worden conform de NEN 3140 en/of NEN 3840. De Opdracht betreft het ten behoeve van Cursisten verzorgen van Opleidingen NEN-3140/3840 en het afnemen van de daarbij behorende (her)examen, of hertoetsingen in het geval van de opleiding NEN 3140 VOP praktijkgericht, op een locatie van/namens Opdrachtnemer zoals beschreven in de Bijlage Programma van eisen. De volgende Opleidingen NEN-3140/3840 maken onderdeel uit van de Opdracht: NEN 3140 VOP; NEN 3140 VOP praktijkgericht; NEN 3140 VP; NEN 3140 IV/WV; NEN 3840 VOP; NEN 3840 VP; NEN 3840 IV/WV. Cursisten voor deze opleiding melden zich individueel aan en mogen ingedeeld worden bij cursisten van andere organisaties. De Opleidingen NEN-3140/3840 hoeven dus niet exclusief voor Defensiemedewerkers verzorgd te worden.
