Při zadávání jednotlivých veřejných zakázek v DNS bude hodnocení nabídek provedeno podle ekonomické výhodnosti nabídek v souladu s ustanovením § 114 ZZVZ, a to na základě nejnižší nabídkové ceny nebo na základě kombinace nejnižší nabídkové ceny a dalších (kvalitativních) hodnotících kritérií, zejm. hodnocení technických a funkčních vlastností předmětu plnění / kvalifikace nebo zkušenosti osob, které se mají přímo podílet na plnění veřejné zakázky v případě, že na úroveň plnění má významný dopad kvalita těchto osob / podmínek a lhůt dodání nebo dokončení plnění. Pravidla pro hodnocení nabídek v rozsahu požadovaném v § 115 ZZVZ budou vždy uvedena v příslušné výzvě k podání nabídek — 100%
