Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης είναι η εκπόνηση του πλήρους μελετητικού αντικειμένου που απαιτείται για την αποτίμηση, τον ανασχεδιασμό και την ενίσχυση του φέροντος οργανισμού του κλειστού Δημοτικού Γυμναστηρίου «ΙΩΝΙΚΟΣ» του Δήμου Νέας Φιλαδέλφειας – Νέας Χαλκηδόνας. Το έργο καθίσταται αναγκαίο κατόπιν των αποτελεσμάτων του Δευτεροβάθμιου Προσεισμικού Ελέγχου, από τα οποία διαπιστώθηκε στατική ανεπάρκεια του υφιστάμενου κτιρίου και συνεπώς η υποχρέωση, σύμφωνα με την κείμενη νομοθεσία, εκπόνησης Τριτοβάθμιου Προσεισμικού Ελέγχου με σύνταξη μελετών αποτίμησης και ανασχεδιασμού (ενίσχυσης).
