De Aanbestedende dienst zoekt Deelnemers die snel en accuraat invulling kunnen geven aan de gevraagde Gegarandeerde capaciteit diepladertransport over de weg binnen Europa. Dit kunnen in zowel dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering, tijdens de Gereedstelling als in ernstomstandigheden, allerlei type ladingen betreffen die in eigen beheer van Defensie zijn of van een derde. Het gaat om de volgende typen lading (deze lijst is niet limitatief): - Wielvoertuigen; - Rupsvoertuigen; - Brugmaterieel; - Boten; - Helikopters; - Overig materieel.
