TenneT is initiating a European tender to select a supplier and solution for a new Metering Data Management System ('Nemesys'). Nemesys should be the next-generation platform supporting metering data processing, allocation, and settlement-related services. Nemesys is intended to be future-proof by design: the solution must remain upgradeable, transparent and controllable over its lifecycle. TenneT therefore positions “configured standard first” as the default approach, with bespoke extensions only where truly necessary and without compromising vendor upgrades. The scope includes: - The end-to-end chain functionality from metering data intake (telemetry and periodic) through validation and correction, allocation and reconciliation support, distribution and integration, as well as reporting and operational control. - Master/reference data ('MRD') capabilities. These are required initially through a temporary MRD capability, with a clear migration path to synchronisation from a future TenneT enterprise MRD. - Migration of operational data that is essential to run Nemesys (historical data will not be migrated but be archived).
