Concession for the financing, revitalization, management and performance of pharmaceutical activities (pharmacy services) in the territory of the City of Užice and other local self-government units in the Zlatibor District (municipalities of Arilje, Bajina Bašta, Kosjerić, Nova Varoš, Požega, Priboj, Prijepolje, Sjenica and Čajetina). The subject of the concession includes the full takeover of the Pharmacy Institution Užice, assumption of all existing obligations and debts of the institution (approximately 530,000,000 RSD), employment of all current pharmaceutical personnel (with the obligation not to terminate contracts for technological surplus in the first 12 months), payment of all rents and costs for business premises, investments in revitalization and modernization of pharmacies, procurement of modern equipment, digitalization, and ensuring continuous supply of medicines in accordance with Good Pharmaceutical Practice. The concessionaire will perform the activity as a public-private partnership with elements of a concession for a period of 20 years. The concessionaire bears the operational and commercial risk. The main objective is to ensure uninterrupted pharmaceutical services of general interest (primary health care) for the population in the entire Zlatibor District, while relieving the city budget of existing burdens. Selection criterion: economically most advantageous tender, evaluated on the basis of: Amount of the concession fee (50 points) Amount of investment in infrastructure and revitalization (50 points) Minimum investment threshold: 170,000,000.00 RSD.
