Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialue (Oma Häme) dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä sisältää erilaisia kilpailutuksia huolto-, korjaus ja muutostöistä sekä ulkoalueiden hoitotöistä. Työt tehdään hyvinvointialueen kiinteistöissä, toimitiloissa ja asuinhuoneistoissa tai asiakkaiden asunnoissa. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä tehdään kilpailutukset esimerkiksi seuraaviin rakennusteknisiin tehtäviin, LVI-töihin ja sähkötöihin: - Oma Hämeen toimitiloihin liittyvät muutostyöt, toimintaan liittyvät tilamuutostarpeet, pintaremontit tai vastaavat - Välivuokrakohteiden omien asuinkiinteistöjen kunnostustyöt - Vammaispalvelulain mukaiset ja muut vastaavat asunnonmuutostyöt, jotka tukevat asukkaan toimintakykyä kotona asumisessa. sekä erilaisiin kiinteistöjen ulkoalueiden hoitotöihin liittyen. Tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ulkopuolelle voidaan rajata isot rakennus- ja saneerausprojektit, esim. peruskorjaukset ja muut suuremmat rakennushankkeet. Hakemuksia ei hyväksytä ajalla 20.12.-7.1. eikä 1.7.-10.8. Mikäli hankintayksiköllä on kuitenkin edellä mainittuina ajankohtina järjestelmän sisäinen tarjouskilpailu käynnissä, hyväksytään myös tuona aikana hakemuksia.
