De Aanbestedende Dienst dient haar huidige raamovereenkomst opnieuw aan te besteden. De huidige raamovereenkomst expireert in 2022. Dit geeft de Aanbestedende Dienst direct de gelegenheid om de opgedane ervaring, van de aflopen jaren, toe te passen in deze nieuwe aanbesteding. De aanbestedende dienst is op zoek naar een Managed Service Provider (MSP) die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de inzet en het strategisch beheer van flexibele arbeid. De MSP zal de gemeente ondersteunen bij het efficiënt en doelmatig inzetten van tijdelijke medewerkers wanneer sprake is van capaciteitsbehoefte door bijvoorbeeld langdurige ziekte, tijdelijke vacatureruimte of piekbelasting. 120.000.000,-
