Detta dynamiska inköpssystem (DIS) avser upphandling av medicintekniska laserapparater för terapeutisk behandling och kirurgiska ingrepp inom ögonsjukvård. Systemet omfattar olika typer av laserbaserad utrustning som används för behandling av sjukdomstillstånd i ögat samt för ögonkirurgiska procedurer. Utrustningen kan bland annat användas vid behandling av retinopati, glaukom, kapselopacitet efter kataraktoperation, iridotomi samt andra terapeutiska eller kirurgiska ingrepp i ögat. DIS:et kan omfatta, men är inte begränsat till, följande typer av medicinska lasrar: Nd:YAG-laser (neodym-yttrium-aluminium-granat) för exempelvis posterior kapsulotomi och iridotomi) Fotokoagulationslaser för retinal behandling, exempelvis diodlaser, argonlaser eller frekvensdubblad Nd:YAG-laser (grön laser) Cyklodiodlaser för behandling av glaukom (cyklofotokoagulation) Selektiv trabekuloplastik-laser (SLT) Mikropulslaser för retinal terapi Multispot laser DIS:et omfattar även tillhörande systemkomponenter, programvara, tillbehör och integrationslösningar som krävs för utrustningens funktion i klinisk verksamhet. Det dynamiska inköpssystemet möjliggör att flera leverantörer kan antas och därefter bjudas in att lämna anbud vid enskilda upphandlingar när behov av specifik utrustning uppstår under systemets giltighetstid.
