Hankinnalla perustetaan Etelä-Pohjanmaan-, Keski-Suomen-, Lapin-, Pohjois-Suomen- ja Sisä-Suomen elinvoimakeskuksien dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä, johon voi hakeutua jättämällä osallistumishakemuksen hankintailmoituksen mukaisesti. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyttyjen tarjoajien kesken kilpailutetaan yleis-/tie-/rakentamissuunnitelmien pohjatutkimustoimeksiantoja. Lisäksi mahdollisesti myös investointihankkeiden pohjatutkimuksia. Hankinnan kohteena olevia pohjatutkimustoimeksiantoja kilpailutetaan pääasiassa yksikköhintapohjaisesti erillisissä kilpailutuksissa. Hankinnat sijoittuvat seuraavien maakuntien alueelle: Etelä-Pohjanmaa, Pohjanmaa, Keski-Pohjanmaa, Keski-Suomi, Lappi, Pirkanmaa, Kanta-Häme, Pohjois-Pohjanmaa ja Kainuu. Osallistumishakemuksia ei käsitellä: • Juhannuksen - heinäkuun lopun välillä • joulukuun 15. päivän – loppiaisen välisenä aikana.
