Emphasis will be put on to what degree the methodology appears as systematic, purposeful and suitable for achieving the desired result in an efficient and professional way. Environmental qualities included in the methods will not be evaluated under this criteria. Tenderers shall nevertheless fulfil the current requirements in the regulations on pest control and other relevant rules.

The total sum, excluding VAT, will form the basis of the evaluation of the tenders in the evaluation.

The evaluation will emphasise: Limiting chemical pesticides To what degree the tenderer ́s described procedure and measures help limit the use of chemical pest control agents without sacrificing effective pest control. Alternative methods To what degree the tenderer offers and can use non-poisonous or other less environmentally appropriate methods when it is professionally suitable and how specific it is described when and how the methods are used. Equipment and technology To what degree the offered equipment, traps, monitoring and control tools contribute to more targeted pest control and reduced environmental impact. Follow-up and adaptation To what degree the tenderer ́s routines for follow-up contribute to the fact that measures can be adapted or ended on the basis of registered activity and effect, so that unnecessary use of combat agents is limited. The better the tenderer ́s described systems in total document concrete and efficient measures to reduce the impact of the environment, at the same time as the aim of the pest control is safeguarded.
