The aim of establishing a dynamic purchasing system for the delivery of services within management and organisation development. IFK is a knowledge oriented organisation where managers and employees must master dealing with a large degree of complexity and responsibility within their work. The world and society are continually changing, this affects the work and places major requirements on change capacity, both at business level, in management and management, not least among the employees. In order to have a more efficient and coordinated organisation in the face of the future, the county would like to strengthen the organisation's business and management power. How the management development and organisation development support is organised must be seen in accordance with the organisation's needs and current expectations, and it shall be connected closely with the aims, strategies and needs of the county at all times.
