The Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for project and process management consultancy services. The DPS covers consultancy needs related to managing the Altinn system and other directorate projects. It is a restricted procedure with electronic submission required in Norwegian.
