Aufruf zum Wettbewerb durch Bekanntmachung über das Bestehen eines PRÜFSYSTEMS. Inhalt des Prüfsystems "Stahlvollwandmaste" ist die Lieferung von Stahlvollwandmasten für Niederspannungsfreileitungen und für Starkstromfreileitungen über AC 1 kV bis einschl. AC 45 kV. Bei konkreten Vergabeverfahren werden die - ausgehend von diesem Prüfsystem - präqualifizierten Bewerber zur Angebotslegung eingeladen. Die Anforderungen, welche die Bewerber zur Teilnahme am Prüfsystem und folglich Präqualifikation erfüllen müssen, sind in den Prüfregeln/Prüfkriterien definiert.
