Adás-vételi szerződés keretében Ajánlatkérő az Intézmény részére 24 hónapra, saját tulajdonban lévő készülékekhez szükséges photopheresis (ECP) szerelékeket kívánja megvásárolni: Egyszer-használatos, steril, on-line photopheresisre alkalmas, Therakos Cellex photopheresis készülékekkel kompatibilis szerelék 820 db alapmennyiség + 680 db opció (teljes keretmennyiség: 1500 db) Ajánlatkérő lehívási kötelezettséget kizárólag az alapmennyiség tekintetében (820 db mennyiségre) vállal. (Ajánlatkérő a lehívási kötelezettség mértékét a 16/2012. (II.16.) Korm. rendelet 6.§ (2a) bekezdés szerint határozta meg.) Ajánlatkérő a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm.rendelet (Rendelet) 46. § (3) bekezdése alapján rögzíti, hogy az eljárást megindító felhívásban és a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozás csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, és a megnevezés alatt a „vagy azzal egyenértékű”-t kell érteni.
