Das vorliegende Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst die Dachdecker- und Klempnerarbeiten zum Umbau und Sanierung des Schlossanbaus. Ein Schwerpunkt der auszuführenden Leistungen ist die Neueindeckung des Daches als Biberschwanz-Kronendeckung, unter Verwendung neuer Biberschwanzziegel inkl. Klammern (Windsogberechnung). Als zweite wasserableitende Ebene ist eine verschweißte oder verklebte Unterdeckung (Klasse 4 gemäß ZVDH - Merkblatt für Unterdächer, Unterdeckungen und Unterspannungen) auszuführen. Des Weiteren umfasst das Leistungsverzeichnis auch den Einbau von vier Dachflächenfenstern, sowie einer Zwischensparrendämmung aus Holzweichfaserdämmstoff, einschließlich der innenseitigen Dampfbremse als diffusionshemmende und Luftdichtigkeitsschicht.
