1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usunięcie i zagospodarowanie odpadów niebezpiecznych zgromadzonych na terenie działki nr ewidencyjny 956/2, obręb 1 Raszew-Piaski, przy ul. Majdany 10, gmina Miasto Kutno, w dwóch lokalizacjach, umieszczonych w różnego rodzaju pojemnikach (w tym w beczkach o różnych pojemnościach, mauzerach itp.) oraz poddanie ich odpowiednim co do właściwości Odpadów, ostatecznym procesom odzysku lub unieszkodliwiania. Szacowana ilość Odpadów wynosi ok. 300,00 Mg. 2. Realizacja powyższego zadania odbywa się w oparciu o decyzję Prezydenta Miasta Kutno z dnia 27.10.2025 r., znak: OZ.6236.4.2025.DP.10, wydaną na podstawie art. 26a ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach, w związku z koniecznością podjęcia działań polegających na usunięciu przedmiotowych Odpadów i ich zagospodarowaniu ze względu na stwarzane przez nie zagrożenie dla zdrowia i życia ludzi oraz dla środowiska. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu i zakresu zamówienia, uwzględniający wszelkie wymogi Zamawiającego, określony jest w Załączniku nr 13 do SWZ. 4. Szczegółowe uwarunkowania realizacji zamówienia zawarte są we wzorze umowy, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
