Kryterium 1: cena ofertowa (C) – waga kryterium 55 pkt. Wykonawca w formularzu ofertowym wskazuje cenę ofertową. Oferty zostaną przeliczone wg wzoru: C = (cofmin/cofn × 55 pkt), gdzie: cofn – cena badanej oferty, cofmin – najniższa cena ze wszystkich złożonych ofert. Oferta z najniższą ceną otrzyma maksymalną liczbę punktów – 55 pkt. Pozostałe oferty zostaną przeliczone według powyższego wzoru.
