Ponuda ponuditelja koji će ponuditi duži rok izvršenja usluge ocijeniti će se neprikladnom i ista odbiti, obzirom da bi duži vremenski period zadržavanja vodomjera kod ponuditelja naručitelju otežao funkcioniranje i izvršavanje rokova zamjene vodomjera krajnjim korisnicima.
