Structural shell works for the façade, energy and fire-safety renovation of the Schirn Kunsthalle, Bendergasse 1, Frankfurt am Main. The lot covers site setup and protection measures, demolition/removal in the exterior area, exposing reinforcement in the underground garage slab for earthing connection, preparatory works for crane support and erection, reinforced concrete walls for new planting beds, core drilling, demolition and rebuilding of masonry walls, opening and later closing of shaft walls, wall and slab openings in masonry and reinforced concrete, openings in new walls for doors and MEP penetrations, closing openings in walls and slabs, removing existing sheet-metal ducts from wall penetrations, and concrete repairs. The planned construction period is about 30 months.
