Tile supply for Kildeskovshallen changing room renovation
Supply of extruded ceramic tiles for renovation of the Kildeskovshallen changing facilities. The tiles are a 1:1 replacement of existing tiles in a protected building and must match original geometry, material characteristics, and colors. Expected quantities include about 2,200 m² of unglazed floor tiles in 2 colors and glazed wall tiles in 4 colors. Tiles must be suitable for swimming-bath conditions, delivered in one batch, and sample tiles must be provided. Prior quality approval by the Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces is required before production can start. Den udbudte opgave omfatter levering af ekstruderede keramiske fliser til brug for renoveringen af Kildeskovshallen. Fliserne skal erstatte de eksisterende fliser der ikke kan genanvendes i forbindelse med renoveringen. Fliserne skal være 1:1 udskiftning af eksisterende, det vil sige at geometri, materiale-karakter og farver skal være som de originale. De oprindelige fliser er produceret på det nu nedlagte produktionsanlæg Höganäs i Sverige. Der skal forventeligt leveres gulvfliser til alle rum samt vægfliser til afsæbning og tilstødende rum. Den forventede anskaffelse omfatter i alt ca. 2.200 m² uglaserede gulvfliser i 2 farver samt glaserede vægfliser i 4 farver. Modulmålene er henholdsvis 10x10 cm og 10x20 cm og tykkelsen er ca. 13mm. Fliserne skal leveres af én samlet omgang. Fliserne skal være beregnet for svømmebade og det klima der forekommer i forbindelse med disse. De skal således kunne dokumenteres produceret i henhold til gældende normer. Som en del af tilbuddet, skal afleveres følgende vareprøver: en uglaseret gul flise, en uglaseret brun flise samt en glaseret hvid flise (sendes vederlagsfrit til Ordregiver). Nærmere beskrivelser af de konkrete krav til fliseprøverne fremgår af udbudsmaterialet. Der gøres desuden opmærksom på at der forinden den vindende tilbudsgiver kan igangsætte endelig produktion, skal ske forudgående godkendelse af flisernes kvalitet ved Slots- og Kulturstyrelsen.
