This single lot covers four work packages: A – Monitoring and animation of the urban project; B – Architectural and urban coordination; C – Design of public space works; D – Inter-site coordination. The team must include an urbanist (lead), landscape architect, environmental engineer, and VRD/infrastructure/hydraulic/OPC-I specialists. The framework is for the last phase of the Pré Gauchet development, including finalization of the southern station sector, SAUPIN/E/3C plots, scattered operations, and a cycle path.
