fsb udbyder totalentreprise vedrørende opførelse af to nye plejehjem i Bystævneparken, Husum, Københavns Kommune, herunder færdigprojektering fra projektforslagsniveau til udførelsesprojekt samt udførelse af samtlige entreprisearbejder. Projektet er beliggende i Bystævneparken i Husum, Københavns Kommune, på matrikel nr. 4a Husum. Byggegrunden foreligger som del af udviklingsområdet Bystævneparken og modtages efter nedrivning af de eksisterende plejehjem Rønnebo og Poppelbo. Det samlede plejehjem omfatter 250 plejeboliger med tilhørende fællesfaciliteter samt produktionskøk-ken-, personale- og servicerum. Dertil anvendes en andel af bebyggelsen til eksterne aktivitetsdagscentre. Bebyggelsens samlede etageareal udgør ca. 23.081 m² plus ca. 2.543 m² kælder, fordelt på to plejehjem i tre karrébyggninger og en central mellembygning. Opgaven omfatter de ydelser, der er beskrevet i totalentreprisekontrakten med bilag, herunder færdigprojektering fra projektforslagsniveau til udførelsesprojekt samt udførelse af samtlige bygge- og anlægsarbejder.
