De opdracht betreft het aanstellen van een externe partner die het Departement Marketing en Communicatie structureel ondersteunt in online performance marketing, met focus op centrale campagnes voor studiekiezers (die afstuderen in het middelbaar onderwijs in Vlaanderen) en de ouders van deze studiekiezers. Daarnaast voorziet de partner ondersteuning voor andere diensten en faculteiten via een service level agreement, met als doel een uniforme, efficiënte en kwalitatieve aanpak binnen de hele instelling.
