fsb udbyder herved totalentreprisekontakt på opførelse af almene boliger i Carlsberg Byen. Den udbudte opgave omfatter opførelse af i alt 213 almene boliger, fordelt på 117 ungdomsboliger, 73 familieboliger og 23 småfamilieboliger med tilhørende fællesarealer, teknikrum og lignende. I alt drejer det sig om ca. 14.300 etagemeter som planlægges opført på hjørnet af Ny Carlsberg Vej og Lagergade, indpasset på det sidste byggefelt i den nye bydel, jf. tillæg 7 til lokalplan 432 Carlsberg II, Valby og Vesterbro/Kgs. Enghave. Udbuddet gennemføres som en totalentreprise og opgaven er kendetegnet ved håndtering af svære byggepladsforhold, som bl.a. indgår som et konkurrenceelement.
