Supply of a new surface transport control system for the buyer's fleet (buses, trolleybuses, trams) including ongoing support and development for 20 years. The system must manage real-time traffic control, data flow automation, operational information (timetables, vehicle movements), multi-directional communication (driver-dispatcher, vehicle-control center), emergency management, data provision to other systems, automatic process execution based on operational data, and vehicle information (energy management, vehicle status). The fleet comprises 1,192 buses, 38 trolleybuses, and 794 trams, operating 155 bus lines, 36 tram lines, and 2 trolleybus lines.
