TI-Gateway mit KIMaaS: Bereitstellung, Betrieb, Pflege, Support und Migration der TIaaS-Infrastruktur für die Gesundheit Nord gGmbH
Im Rahmen dieser Vergabe werden folgende Leistungen vergeben: - Migration der Telematikinfrastruktur von TIaaS und KIMaaS auf TI-Gateway mit KIMaaS, - Bereitstellung und Betrieb der zentralen TI-Komponenten (u. a. High Speed Konnektor, SMC-B-Kartenterminals, KIM-Client-Module) in den Rechenzentren des Dienstleisters, - Anbindung an die GeNo mittels VPN-Tunnel, - 24/7 Betrieb, - Support für die GeNo in Form von Hotline, Ticketsystem, Monitoring, - vollständiger Betrieb und Pflege der Lösung über die Vertragslaufzeit.
