Preis - Die Ermittlung des wirtschaftlichsten Angebots erfolgt nach der Erweiterten Richtwertmethode nach UfAB 2018 mit einem Schwankungsbereich von 15 Prozent und dem Schwerpunkt Leistung.
Zur Ermittlung der Gesamtwertungspunktzahl für die Qualität der angebotenen Leistung wird die Qualität des mit dem Angebot (als Musterprojekt) vorzulegenden Veranstaltungskonzepts für einen "Fachkongress Sozialwirtschaft" bewertet. Einzelheiten zu den Kriterien für die Bewertung sind enthalten im Dokument Zuschlagskriterien.pdf, das Teil der Vergabeunterlagen ist, dort in der Anlage "Auftragsunterlagen.zip" enthalten. Oryginalny opis TED
Im Wege eines Rahmenvertrags für eine maximale Laufzeit von sechs Jahren ab Vertragsschluss (geplant ab September 2026) soll ein Unternehmen beauftragt werden, den Fachkongress für die Sozialwirtschaft des Staatsministeriums für Familie, Arbeit und Soziales (StMAS) in den kommenden Jahren zu planen und durchzuführen. Der Rahmenvertrag soll einseitig verbindlich ausgestaltet werden, d.h. dass sich der Auftragnehmer einseitig gegenüber dem Auftraggeber verpflichtet, die vertraglich festgelegten Leistungen auf Abruf zu erbringen. Die Vorhabensbeschreibung im Einzelnen ergibt sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung.
