1) How does the tenderer work to ensure good quality in the delivery and avoid deviations 2) How does the tenderer intend to work on inovation in the contract period? Including measures, projects, organisation etc. 3) The tenderer's interaction with the contracting authority and the manager of the contract during the contract period. 4) Which routines and programmes do the tenderer have for training and competence raising? The description ought, as a minimum, to include how the tenderer works on onboarding new employees and to retain and develop their employees. 5) Share of skilled workers over the minimum requirement that the tenderer undertakes to have in contract period 6) How does the tenderer ensure access to qualified temporary staff in the event of absence. 7) How does the tenderer ensure a good implementation of the contract. Tenderers are requested to describe how to work on reducing risk in the implementation phase (including the preparation phase and the contract ́s first 6 months). The description should also include: how the tenderer will assess and possibly carry out the transfer of business. Activities and milestones shall be given in a realistic progress plan.
