Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture, la mise en œuvre, le paramétrage, l'intégration, la maintenance et le support d'un Système d'Information des Ressources Humaines (SIRH) destiné aux établissements hospitaliers du canton de Vaud participant au projet. Ce futur SIRH a vocation à remplacer les solutions actuellement en exploitation dans certains établissements ou à être déployé comme nouvelle solution, conformément à la feuille de route propre à chaque entité. Les prestations attendues comprennent notamment la fourniture de la solution, son implémentation, la reprise éventuelle des données, les interfaces avec les systèmes existants, les tests, la formation des utilisateurs, l'accompagnement au changement ainsi que les prestations de maintenance corrective, évolutive et de support. La mise en œuvre devra aboutir à la livraison d'une solution opérationnelle, conforme aux exigences fonctionnelles et techniques définies dans les documents d'appel d'offres et adaptée aux processus métiers des différents établissements concernés.
