Münster Apostelgarten - Objektplanung Freianlagen
Die Leistungspflicht des Auftragnehmers umfasst die Planungsleistungen in den Leistungsbildern "Objektplanung Freianlagen" (Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 HOAI i.?V.?m. Anlage 11) sowie "Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung" im Rahmen der Kostengruppe 550 gemäß DIN 276 (Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 HOAI i.?V.?m. Anlage 15). Die Objektplanung Freianlagen ist der Honorarzone IV zugeordnet, die Technische Ausrüstung der Honorarzone II. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt eine stufenweise Beauftragung: Mit Vertragsabschluss werden zunächst lediglich die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 vergeben. Die weiteren Leistungsphasen 4 bis 7 (Stufe 2) sowie 8 bis 9 (Stufe 3) werden zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt gesondert abgerufen und beauftragt.
