Relevant experience" means experience from maintenance and refurbishment/modification projects within the respective disciplines (electrical systems, structured cabling, and broadcast engineering) in existing buildings with ongoing operations. Reference is made to Appendix 9: Technical Specifications [eller Scope of Work]. The tenderer shall provide an account of relevant competence and experience (both formal education/certification and actual work experience), in accordance with Appendix 9: Technical Specifications, Section 5: "Key Personnel and Other Staffing". ● Tables: Tables 1–7 in Section 5.2 "Proposed Key Personnel" must be completed. ● CVs: In addition, 7 CVs must be submitted (one for each key person). Each CV must not exceed 2 pages.

The tenderer shall commit to an environmentally friendly execution of the assignment, ensuring the lowest possible carbon footprint and optimized use of materials. Environmental Action Plan The tenderer shall account for the environmental benefits of the binding measures offered. In the plan, the tenderer shall describe any environmental benefits related to the execution methodology and solutions applied in the work. Examples of such elements are listed below, but the tenderer is free to include additional elements in the plan: A. Use of zero-emission vehicles. B. Choice of environmentally friendly materials with lower greenhouse gas emissions during execution (documentation: Environmental Product Declarations / EPDs). C. Waste management and reuse of materials. D. Choice of materials with a long lifespan. E. Measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. F. Any other environmental benefits resulting from measures taken during execution.
